SLX Hospitality offers a variety of shipping options so your order arrives when you need it. Shipping and handling charges depend on the destination and the composition of your order.
Delivery dates & times
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (except holidays). If you have questions regarding expedited shipping or additional delivery options, please contact Customer Service at 1-844-672-2440.
SLX Hospitality and its’ Delivery Companies observe the following Holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day & the Friday afterwards
- Christmas Day
If an order is time sensitive contact us to discuss what our available inventory is for quick shipment.
Delivery of your order is subject to item availability, warehouse location and the shipping method selected for the order. When the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the address on file.
Shipping rates depend upon the shipping method, delivery address, dimensions and weights of the package. SLX Hospitality will select the best shipping method when possible if a specific shipping company is not specified on your order.
Should you require special delivery services such as Lift Gate and Inside Delivery Services please contact Customer Service.
All products must be ordered in case packs based on the manufacturer’s requirements.
Whenever possible, we will pass on all available manufacturer warranties.
Hazardous Materials and Food Items cannot be shipped to certain address, like Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories based on the transportation method needed to deliver the order. If you would like to ship one of these items, please contact Customer Service at 1-844-672-2440 to ensure that there are no issues with the delivery of your order.
